A lot of interesting methods here. Personally, I like sitting people out. Thats when you really get to test someone's character. If they cry, it'll happen to them more often until they understand the relationship between crying and sitting out. If they have a good attitude about it and take it like a man then I feel more and more guilty sitting them out and they become a main raider. Over time you get more people with good attitudes in the raid group than people who are deadweight but have historically had a raid spot. Obviously this is harder to do with DKP than loot council, as you have to know who to give DKP and when; someone who whines about getting removed from a raid (especially if its a BWL farm, if its emp attempts then ok) and logs off doesn't deserve DKP.
