i think gurg is (dare i say 'as usual'?) right about the C'thun encounter. Unless we see 20k or so going off the claws and eyes i can't see how the fight in its current state is anywhere near workable (we had another crack last night, 3 more hours of nukage on c'thun's part).

i have to say that the logistics of the fight and the base ideas of it are great, we all love the idea of being stuck in the bowls of a monster only to fight our way out, and the 45 second vulnerability state is very characterful. But as gurg says, why should any creature no matter how powerful still be able to go 'full out' with its attacks if it is literally wracked with pain on the floor? i feel that c'thun is the equivalent (at least meant to be) difficulty wise of the last 2-3 encounters in Naxeramus, with the initial ones being akin to huhurhan and twin emps. But again look at the time variations: it took EJ (if i rememebr right from what Gurg said in the other c'thun thread) an afternoon to learn stage 1 and 8 hours for twin emps, going in their completely blank as it were with only a rough understanding of each encounter. A lot of guilds have spent 60-80+ hours on stage 2 and, quite frankly, we're not getting anywhere fast at the moment. the 50 odd guilds world wide dealing with this are having our time wasted by blizzards inability to balance the encounter anytime soon.

having said that c'thun might drop 5 legendry items, but i doubt that sincerely :)

btw elerion were you at the gathering? what did you think of our twin emps kill :P

Hi!

Since you claim to be from Refusion EU and talk from that perspective i have to ask.

We don't have a rogue with your nick nor have we ever had. Are you just some weird fake guy or just hiding behind some other nick.

Ty!

anarc sucks at creating the profile. L0 fagadin says the most?
Anyway. He is and I am from the guild Refusion on Burning Blade (yes, the twin emps one). And the little question about who the h*** Zantetsuken-EU is has been discussed the last couple of days. We want an answer! :)

(oh the drama!)

Haha

It really is weird though, seeing as we haven't even killed Skeram this week, and he's commenting about our alleged tries on C'thun. O_o

So letting us know who you really are would be appreciated ;)
