Thread got a little off-topic due to that wonderful hat that Ouro drops (and yes I think Snoop would prefer the Greater Hizzle renew) I'm currently (and have been for months thanks to the wonderful drop rates of specific items) 7/8 Trans, plan on being 8/8... whenever Broodlord decides to drop our 2nd pair of trans boots (over 5 months of killing him and only 1 pair thus far). Drop rates aside however, being bored of doing the same stuff repeatedly I have been using several different gear setups ect. Fact is, no matter what peices I change it's all how you play the class, if your smart with regen you can stay at 100% mana through the whole emps fight, i've done it with max +healing gear, and max +mp/5s. That being said, I really see no reason to not go 8/8 trans. It's a huge boost in efficiency (which is what priests should be aiming for) and the set itself is damn nice to begin with, even without the bonuses the gear isn't half bad. Throw the bonuses in on top of them and I can't imagine being without the 3 or 5 peice bonuses. A priest who is running out of mana at this point in the game (where I believe most people on these forums are at, killing or working on c'thun) then your either a shitty player, overhealing like a mad man, or pulling to much weight and need to rethink who your playing with. Going 3 trans 5 misc might be better, but truth is for whats in the game right now, and anything I can imagine being implemented short of more resist fights, there is no reason in the world for a priest to wear anything but full trans. That and it looks damn nice :P Much better than my old robes of the exalted look lol : \
