I was talking with EMT (Slug) last night, and he was saying that Raylen's GH Rank 1 outheals EMT's GH Rank 4, and it got me wondering what other items priests are wearing!

I know Raylen is in 8/8 transcendence.. but what else in the way of trinkets/rings/weapons/enchants etc? I don't want to start a +healing vs +int vs m/5, I'm just interested in what other items there are out there and people are actually wearing!

Priests have it relatively easy since the options at the high end are limited, at least if you want to keep the 8/8 Transc bonus. There are two rings that solidly outperform all alternatives (Pure Elementium and Ring of the Martyr), one superior staff (Augur) and one vastly superior trinket (Rejuv Gem).
There are two solid endgame necks (Shifting Sands and Angelista's), each obviously best suited for different fights.
One of the few debatable slots is the second trinket slot (Hibernation vs Shard of the Scale). My personal choice for all-purpose use would be the shard if combined with the Transc set (relatively light on +mana), but the Hibernation is wonderful for some fights like Nef and Huhuran.

C'Thun/Ouro drops are not included.

As for enchants, the only debatable ones are wrists and weapon. Weapon is switchable, which makes me prefer +healing for general use with a dedicated spirit staff hotswitching. Wrist depends on the rest of your gear, and the search for a balanced combination of +healing and +mana. Due to the design of the Transcendence set, my preferred enchant for that set is +mp5, but it's a tossup.
