Well from what I've seen of Ouro, Australians are completely screwed. I can't even avoid those sand traps on Kurinaxx because I get hit by them even if I've burned sprint and run half way across the world to get away from them.

I was citing Ouro as an example of a fight that's damn near as aggro-sensitive as Broodlord. And actually, latency won't really impact your ability to deal with Ouro's burrowing mounds. You'll see when you get there.

Hell yeah we've developed some skill to be able to play effectively with 500ms+ latency against all those people who complain when their ping excedes 200 :V:

Paladins still have reduced threat heals.

Shamans most surely do not. Ask anyone in my guild.
Shaman should get Subtlety instead of Eventide, and it should be the prereq for Nature's Swiftness :(

Also, this thread went a bit farther than I expected it to!

As playing a 60 heal Paladin in raiding situations, I'd have to say that if I didnt have reduced threat on heals id more likely to pull aggro on every boss. Blizzard with their terrible Paladin itemization leads me to believe they have no idea where the class is headed. I've raided end-game with a Hunter and a Paladin and I see Shaman's effectiveness for more 'clutch' situations, whereas a Paladin is more duration healing.

Not to whine too much about Paladin's being terrible but I have shit talents, and shittier items for healing. Do I want to tank horribly, or DPS horribly. Do I disgustingly bad talents or Holy tree?

But Paladins can destroy heal meters.

The night we kill C'thun thats effective healing, I like to make fun of bad Priests who die on stage 1.

edit post is kinda scattered with seperate ideas. :x
