We still don't know if they are Eredar yet. They just kinda look like them.
I guess I just have Tauren stigma. Tauren casters consist of the thicker armored Druids and Shamans, and these Alliance things certainly can't be either of those. So these guys being big and sort of built like Taurens (non of the guys I see in either of those shots look to be wearing cloth) makes caster classes for them seem sort of weird.

I'm thinking of bigger, burlier versions of Orc Warlocks. Maybe give them +10% strength and +10 swords as racials... that's what Firestones are for, right?

Yeah, Warlock wouldn't be so bad, the Orc analogy makes sense. I just kind of wanted to make a caster and Warlock was not high on that list.
A female one of these things with a Succubus out would be pretty funny. They have kind of the same body structure.

As sad as it is, I don't care what the new race actually is so much as I care what racial bonuses they get that will be underappreciated until end game when it's too late to change (I'd trade my increased intellect for diplomacy any day of the week.)
So we could be able to play baby seals, but unless they have some crazy bonus to club resistance that's going to be incredibly useful in level 75 instances, it's just going to be filler while they make more content for our mains.

The Blood Elves are pretty much only loyal to Illidan and Kael'Thas...the Orcs dont exactly like them either :P
That would be just fucked up if it somehow ended up being the Eredar...They are as everyone has said, the ultimate bad guys of Warcraft...
Doesn't mean i wouldnt make one though, hehehe.
