Bosses and nonset "item slots" - Page 4

I think, with regards to MC, the loot tables are a lot less sophisticated. As in - on the 3 item bosses, 2 slots have a high chance of dropping a set items, but they can also drop any item on their unique table or any item that all share.

Isn't there a SS floating round of Golemagg dropping 3 Azuresong Mageblades or something? :)

I'll Take a crack at the Green Dragons:

Looking at what we've seen(lots of double trance stones, double corncobs, etc but also double drops of dragon-specific loot such as the shaman boots from lethon), it seems like there is a roll that happens twice, where the "shared" loot table has about a 2 out of 3 chance to get chosen for each slot.

Common/rare estimations are my own and probably completely wrong. In fact I think the "rare" item(s) from the common table changes for each dragon, but that is too much theorycraft for me right now.

It's funny to hear that - LoH (Alliance guild on Mal'Ganis with EJ) has had the exact opposite luck. We've been joking that pretty soon we'll get to give some of our dozens of SotSF to Warriors as consolation for our lack of Asscandies. We finally got our first Askhandi just a couple weeks ago after almost 6 months of farming BWL.

Luck's a bitch. (Btw this thread is a great read. Don't mean to turn it into a cry fest, just commenting on the polarity of luck.)
