I'm mildly annoyed by the nexus costs. Sure, we have enough to key up our crew (including the casual raiders), but that leaves us with very few, and nexuses are moderately hard to come by. I guess it makes sense though, we pretty much had enough to enchant everything we ever wanted for all eternity.

Oh yeah, fuck the EU test realm.

All the updated sets are there, actually.

Edit: Looks like some of the stuff (namely PvP gear) was only half updated.. Most of the stats are there, but some items are missing their Equip: bonuses and are using old set bonuses.

Awesome, thanks! I'm a bit surprised at how good they're making these though, those are a very very small step down from Cenarion. Combine that with the changes to the ZG loot system, and you could essentially kill Venoxis and get nearly MC par gear.

heh, I think that is the idea that they have. A lot of it is good to fill your gear slots on alts that you cannot take to BWL or AQ. Heck, the new PvP gear is absurdly good in some cases(warriors, hunters), and (on my server at least) is very easy to get.

Some of the ZG/AQ20 updated items are really nice.

Compare

Cloak of Concentrated Hatred
+16 Agility
+11 Strength
+15 Stamina
Equip: Improves your chance to hit by 1%.

- which is sort of my dream cloak right now for my dual wielding fury alt - and

Drape of Unyielding Strength
+15 Strength
+9 Agility
+9 Stamina
Passive: Improves your chance to hit by 1%.

Granted the first is of the easiest boss in AQ40, but it's still a nice cloak that I most likely won't ever see on my alt, so these upgrade are looking quite nice for me personally.

You could argue that a Warrior gets more out of the second cloak than the first due to the strength, they're both very nice. I like the changes to the Z'G sets. Now that my bracers are purple I won't feel so bad about wearing a blue for the set bonus. 8]

The comparison between those two cloaks is odd to me as well. I have firemaws and picked up the bop part off the first aq20 boss today shortly after hearing about the improvment. I should not be upgrading to a Kurinnaxx drop from a firemaw drop :/

Well, considering Firemaw has +AP on it I don't think it's a very good comparion, what with AP being undervalued and all.

Edit: Holy crap I just spelled 'comparison' with an ings at the end.

Yea I understand how firemaws is a odd comparison because of how much easier it is for warriors to get ap than a rogue. At the same time I dont think that quality of loot should drop from Kurinnaxx.

Yeah. I can see what you're saying. It is 20 AP less, though, and 50 AP in one large chunk must cost quite a bit as far as item budgets go.

I was looking around for various stuff and this one was listed on Curse

Foror's Crate of Endless Resist Gear Storage
30 Slot Container.

I doubt it's a real item, but pretty funny nonetheless :)

It wouldn't surprise me if they did put in a resist/bag addition like that, but 30 slots seems... extreme.

Does it? 30/5=6. I have more then 6 pieces of NR (I'm one of the inner-15 on Huhu for my guild). So chances are I'd need that plus a normal bag to hold all my resist gear still.

I will farm up a farmer outfit and take a screenshot of my noble, dignified troll rogue on the IF bridge in it if that's real.

I was thinking more http://www.thottbot.com/?i=4245 and the farmer pants that drop off the named farmer spawn in Tirisfal Glades myself. Pity I can't equip a pitchfork or broom. :(

I've had more fun on my lvl 2 Undead running to EPL and test Naxx (yes, you can enter at that level with the teleport) than I had on the pre-made server where I got disconnected from the server every 10 seconds.

I guess I'll just give it a few days to let boredom weed out the lvl 30's who go OMG ASHKANDI DUEL ME (they even gave it to Paladins :socar:) and then organise some semi-PUGs with us and the top alliance guilds on my real server. That Razuvious guy seems rather doable with a group of competent folks :)

Oh that resistgear bag will hold about half of my resist sets. It better not be Unique ;)

So, probably not the forum for this, so mod's feel free to delete this post if necessary, but...

If anyone's looking for either a raiding rogue / warlock (alliance) to go play around on PTR, feel free to hit up Probiscus (rogue), and I'll try and transfer over a warlock this evening.

After searching for a few groups and finding that not one of the raid members had a lvl60 character on their home realm, I decided to log for the night. I haven't found that many of my guildies are that interested in checking it out either.

Personally I can't wait to check out Naxx, but I'll be damned if I'm waiting in 4000-long queues on unstable servers to do it. I think a lot of established guilds feel the same way. Once we can transfer properly and log on as a guild to test stuff, we'll be all over it. But right now the PTR is ruled by kiddies playing around with gear they've always dreamed of having.
