My experience with Yauj healing: We normally do Kri-Yauj-Vem. She never heals. However, if we (*cough*) wipe, then on the next run, she heals frequently.

Also, any tips on Enraged Yauj? On our first attempts at a different order, we found this far more difficult than the challenge of killing Vem while Yauj was up, which is what we'd spent most of our time talking about beforehand.

A tank should have aggro on Yauj. He should stand out of range, everyone else in the raid (all 39 of you idiots) should be in range. Yauj fears and runs to the tank who runs her back to the raid. Another tank taunts and the original tank runs back out to wait for the enxt fear. Easy.

When we chipped away Yauj's health, she would always target herself, even once Vem dropped into execute range. The way we ended up doing it was simply having the second camp on Yauj dps her as much as possible, and with enough interrupts we were able to make sure she always targetted herself. Even if she manages to heal herself, we never once saw her target Vem once we started dps'ing her on the side, and that's the key.
This is what we noticed too. We have mages DPS Yauj while Vem is being killed, the mages are on Yauj anyway for a counterspell rotation. Even if she manages to get a heal off during a fear it's always on herself. I agree that keeping some damage on her seems to be the key to that.

Or two evenly split camps on each side of the cave everyone on the side she is on dps while she is over there. When she fears she goes straight to the other side. Repeat a good deal. Two mages out of both camps set up to cspell when she heals early after fearing a side.

that and aye, as there is no craftable nature resistance (in comparrison to frost and fire), ahn'qiraj is going to be a staple supply of nature resistance gear for the plague wing.

how far into the wing is Noth by the way?
I've seen a warlock named "omgurdotted" and a hunter named "facepull" Lazerpewpew is pretty good though.

We did this last night (kri last, with yauv first) for the first time (we had always done yauj/vem last, kri always first before this). For all the hooplah about it being harder I (and others) found it easier. The big time drain on that fight is yauj fear/healing. Without a dwarf priest (atleast for alliance) it can be just drag the fight on. This felt short and simple in comparison, although when Kri did enrage he was hitting like a ton of bricks on the tanks.
