Many of us have everything except the Living Monstrosities.

The quest is in Light's Hope Chapel. I'm kinda surprised you didn't already pick up every quest you could find there.

Dont remember seeing it there (of course, only pvp realm was up, so didnt stay alive long at a time) but being on EU ptre, where you cant copy, only get premades with neutral rep, maybe it reqwuires friendly or honored?

You get the quest from Eligor (sp?) Dawnbringer, the knight seated at the far end of the table as you enter the chapel.
