Malik, that page has been a great resource, though. There isn't a more complete collection of the item/quest info from 1.11 out there, to my knowledge.

Plus if it only affected your AD faction, how did he go into the Scarlet Monestary and talk through all those dialogues for the quests? Seeing as all Scarlet mobs are on the same faction, I wouldn't be surprised if you were allied to all Scarlet mobs.

Yes, I found that just after posting above. But it doesn't have a Force Reaction modifier value like all other spells has, so judging from current data it doesn't work at the moment. Also it isn't linked directly to the Ashbringer spell like AB Effect 000 is. My guess is that they had AB Effect 001 linked to the sword with a modifying value once, but then removed it when they made the SM event, maybe to avoid people abusing the effect?
I looked at the Ashbringer quest page, but it doesn't mention anything about being friendly with Scarlet Crusade. The screenshot shows the icon from the Ashbringer spell, but that icon is shared with both AB Effect 000 and AB Effect 001, so it doesn't mean much either.

I can safely say that I want one.
