Hey everybody- it's
that time again.
The 3.2 patch comes out today which brings with it a new raid instance- the Crusader's Coliseum/Trial of the Crusader/Grand Crusader. A quick rundown of the policy for posting about the fights in 3.2:
*
"Normal mode" fights are fair game anytime. You can talk about both the 10 and 25 man normal mode fights as soon as you do them. With the slow rollout of the fights, lack of trash, etc., it would be counterproductive to forbid discussion on them.
*
"Heroic mode" (hard mode) raid fights have a variable posting embargo. OK Now: Beasts, Jaraxxus, Faction Champs, Val'kyr Twins, Anub'arak From the time that a heroic mode fight is released on live servers, you may not discuss/spoil the strategy or tactics for that fight for at least 2 weeks- possibly more depending on how tuning ends up on the later fights. We'll post in this thread when it's OK, so watch this space. ed: to clarify, this doesn't apply to the 5-man heroic, only to the raid boss hard modes.

Strat begging is not, and has never been, OK. Asking for advice on a fight before you've even tried it will earn you an infraction. Begging for help when you haven't put any effort into analyzing the difficulties you're having will earn you an infraction. Nothing new here- the EJ mods and admins were banning people for this even before there were grammar infractions or forum rules- but I thought it bore reminding.
