Is Mana Tide borked?

I'm only getting 3 ticks of 290 before it disappears into the abyss. Anyone else noticing this?

On Test server, it worked fine. Maybe they did more tweaking.

We have a few mana tide shamans now. I consider the 5pt Restorative Totems talent quite useful and genuinely worth every point. Once you have that talent on its own merits, it's silly not to get Mana Tide too. I like Parry and all, but Mana Tide is better than Parry.

Healing stream totem with the 600 +heal I had on last night was healing for 30 a tick, it's like a mini-VE now. Still 95% useless in a raid though ^^

Grouped with a shaman I've gotten ticks of 4 or 5 all day today, but he's reported getting 3, 4, or 5 on the same occurences. Very strange indeed.
