Our resident mod-maker edited RDX up heavily and added this feature, we're kind of testing it out right now but it should be good to go soon enough.

Must.. bonk.. health.. bars..
Once RDX6 is out yah you can do that, and filter out people who are out of range. Its mentioned as an example of things you can do over at the RDX site.

But does that shift the order of the health bars? If it does it's all but useless as you're guaranteed to misclick on a regular basis.

Have you tried SmartHeal? It's a bit dodgy, but it can add clicking to a variety of Raid/Party Frames (I use Perl Classic too).

SCT 5 gets my vote for cool mod
http://www.curse-gaming.com/en/wow/a...ombattext.html

Very easy to split out the display of various types of buff/debuff gain, power gain and damage into separately viewable streams.

NECB still gets my vote for best, but the new SCT is very nice. With Frame 1 on rainbow with Damage Always Right, I essentially have 4 message areas and can tell what type of event it is just by where it is.

You might want to check out Clique It's a click to cast binding program that can be applied to pretty much any WoW frame.

I still <3 Watchdog unit frames as a replacement for Party, Self, Target and ToT bars :)

Question on SWStats. I switched from dmg meters to this because I read DM wasn't being updated anymore. Now its got some really nice features, especially the breakdown of attacks. What I'm finding weird is on tracking it messes up Bloodthirst completely. Any idea why this happens (other than the standard message they give you with multipart attacks) and if they plan to fix this? Weird to see my avg BT damage at 87 or something. Which is handy in telling me I guess if I do get off 5 attacks between BTs which apparently I don't.

Druid from my guild made this addon to help with Huhuran front-15 assignments: http://www.curse-gaming.com/en/wow/a...hu-helper.html

It's proven very useful thus far.

I've accumulated a fair few mods over the years, many of them already mentioned here (Itemrack, Nurfed, DM, SCT, Titan, NECB, CTRA). I often play from net cafes and Nurfed is definitely the main mod that I miss for two things:
- Target's target + target's target's target
- Action bars, as I have so many things bound and all over the place, there's buttons I just can't get to without it

To try to make a useful contribution to the thread, there's 2 other mods I use that haven't been mentioned here. The first is a "raid swap" mod written by someone on my server. It allows all people in the raid with (A) to move people around. I'm sure for some guilds this would be an absolute pain in the ass, but for a guild like mine where we have 5 capable and active raid leaders, it's extremely useful. Especially when setting up for a fight, you can have one person assigning healers, one doing groups, one sorting out the tanks, etc.

The second is a buff check mod which runs off cues in raid chat. If I say "buffs" it lists buffs that people are missing (motw/fort/ai/bok/etc). Probably more useful for alliance guilds than horde guilds. I can also say "pally" and have it list all the missing paladin buffs. Of course, it ignores things like might on hunters and wisdom on rogues. Unfortunately not very customisable, I had to dive into the .lua file to change a few things.

I'm currently at work so can't link to either of these, but if anything would like a link/copy and can't find it, let me know and I'll post them up when I get home :)

Edit: Redefined RaidSwap:

Would love you if you could link the buff check one you use... our buffing times are horrible :<

I'm particularly interested in trying that raid-swap mod. That sounded useful - if you get a chance to link it, I'd appreciate it.

Well I found the raid swap mod through some smart googling:

http://www.redefinedguild.com/module...nloads&catID=1

However I can't remember the author of the buffs mod we use, so you'll have to wait till I get on my home box for that :P

Edit: It's dependant on CTRA to work, I hope you're still using that and not RDX :)

CTRA aside, it's a toss-up among ItemRack, Discord Action Bars, and SpellAlert

RDX, definitely, after working through some of it.

After that, probably ItemRack.

Hmmm...I'll say TipBuddy (or TinyTip), Simple Combat Log, Bagnon (cross-character inventory/bank queries are hot), MetaMap and QueueWho just because they haven't been mentioned yet.
Titan users should give FuBar a try, too...bah, most of the Ace clones of common addons (i.e. Detox instead of Decursive) are pretty good.

I'm not finding detox at curse-gaming, worldofwar.net, or at wowinterface.com do you have a link for it?

You might need an SVN client for downloading, if you dont know how to use on, it is explained here:

This thread is worth a bump. "Post your UI" is cool and all, but really, it's much more valuable to me to find things that add functionality. Getting ideas from people here lets me catch lots of things which I wouldn't with periodic check of mod websites.

Though I only scanned this thread quickly just now, I didn't see anyone mention KTM. I took notice of it early on, but never considered seriously using it for quite a while. It's really come into it's own recently though, and takes enough things into account that it can be used in serious encounters (I was quite impressed that it worked at Emps).

How many people are required to use it for it to be relatively accurate?

All your DPS classes and your warriors. It can't determine threat for anyone who does not have the mod. Not very important for healers to have it unless they want to watch the aggro of the DPS/warriors.

While we're talking about it - KTM doesn't accurately report sunder misses/dodges/parries.
It will give full aggro for sunders that don't actually land. The reasoning is because of the way sunders repot, but kenco claimed he deals with this... it used to work, maybe its just broken now.

Just try sundering a rogue with evasion and itll be obvious.

Fortunately sunder is less relevant as of the 1.11 SSlam changes.
