Seeing people talking about Barov Peasant Caller reminds me that I still have that quest in my log from way over a year ago. What was the longest time between picking up a quest and completing it? I made the Skeleton Key a couple months ago after it sat in my log for eons.

I have Unfinished Gordok's Business since late September 2005. The funny part is that i have gauntlets and only need to turn them. Since that time i've runned DM tribute only once and of course forgot them.
I also completed "Hive in a Tower" a week ago, had it since August 2005.

i abandoned the gordock glove quest just a few weeks ago to make room for my tier 3 armor quests. would you believe that i've actually NEVER done DM west past the magistrate on either of my lvl 60s? heh.

I use that to this day as well.

But I only have the +31 healing version :(

much funnier was when wibble got a Scepter of the Fallen Prophet and had literally no offhand to go with it. it was still better than benediction without one, but the next day she came to a raid with a Simple Branch of Healing (+3, if i recall).

i've gotta have that screenshot somewhere :)

I'm still happy my buddy convinced me to buy the Collector's Edition after I had already bought the regular copy of the game. MiniDiablo is quite a hit in XR on a newly opened server :)

I bought the CE cuz it was the only WoW left in my entire area. Which pet I use varies per class/alt, though I find that Diablo needs to flame more often. The Panda is adorable. I dont know if the zergling has any "tricks" though.

Excuse moi, but it was +4! My branch was most pro. The Master Dragonslayer's Snocone was a downgrade, clearly.

Still WTB Noth's Frigid Heart though. ;_;

I think they already missed the window for this. You took the essence to the enigmatic elf in Swamp of Sorrows. He gives you a long sob story about needing to save Eranikus and then sends you to Winterspring where the guy there tells you he needs to gather some things to speak to the dead or something equally mystical. And then leaves you hanging.

Only I've already saved Eranikus. I don't know why they didn't make this part of the AQ gate opening quest chain. Instead of going to ST and talking to a spirit of Malfurion, you should have been sent to Winterspring to finish the chain. Granted they would have needed some way to deal with people who vendored their essense but still...
