Expose Armor - Final Verdict

I would have obviously posted this in the WoW rogue forums, but we all know how reliable they are on maintainence day. Anyway, anyone know what the final verdict on expose armor in 1.12 is? Stackable...yes or no? And if so, how much?

I don't see it in the patch notes and I'm currently at work so I'm not readily available to the game.
