Request-DS8 Proc rate

Does anyone know the proc rate of Expose Weakness to within one tenth of a percent? One hundredth would be even better.

Edit: Also, does the proc stack? I feel like I should know the answer to this one, but I don't know for sure.

Edit: Also, does the RAP from the proc apply to the damage of the hit procs the debuff or does the proc apply itself after that damage is dealt?

I've had the proc from 2 different 8/8 DS hunters on at the same time. (and yes it was most definitly 2x EW, not hunters mark)

The proc does stack, but only if there are multiple hunters with 8/8 in the raid. (In other words I can't stack it by myself. I'd just refresh it.)

It's around a 10% or so proc, I'd say, on any direct damage ranged ability (so serpent sting doesn't count). This includes stuff like arcane shot and scatter.

I'm almost certain it's a PPM thing, but who knows?

I parse mine about 7.5% during raids with Smiting. If it's a flat %, then i'd say it's 5% + that bonus 2.5% coming from multi/aimed.

3.4 -> 3.0 with quiver
60/3 = 20 white attacks/min
5 aimed/multis = +10 attack (+50% attacks)
so this fits my data pretty well

Never seen it proc off scatter/arcane, but I allmost never use those.

If it's a PPM then 1 proc per min is a nice round number.
60 / 3.4 = 17.6 attacks
1/17.6 = 5.7% proc per attack

Dono how quiver haste, rapid fire, quick shots effects PPM (does it recalc each shot's % based on att speed?)

PPM's are based entirely off the equipped weapon attack speed. Anything you can do to speed up your attacks, or add more via instants just results in more procs that the 'baseline'

I've been getting vastly different proc rates both here and from questioning my hunter friends.

I'm not looking for PPM's, I'm looking for #procs/#hits. More to the point, I need #hits to be a very large sample size. I'm sure that there are lots of DS8 players out there with procwatch or some similar addon. I'd go out and shoot 6k+ arrows myself, but I don't have a full set just yet.

If people with proc data on Expose Weakness would be so kind as to post or PM me their #hits and #procs, it's trivial to pool the data. Hopefully, the sample size will end up being large enough to get the results within the 95% Confidence Interval.
