So the undead slaying set from bracers/chest/gloves offers 186 ap and 2% more damage to undead.
T3 gloves/bracers and t2.5 chest (since t3 aint really accessible to most people) will give 85ap+3crit+2hit+63agi

63 agility = 63 AP and about 2.2% more crit so you're comparing 36 AP and 2% damage bonus with 5.2% more crit and 2% more hit. Crit and hit equivalence as either percent of damage or AP are pretty variable depending on other gear, spec, raid buffs, consumables. I will use low end estimates of 12 AP per %hit and 18 AP per %crit. The 2% damage bonus is equal to about 50 AP (generous estimate), depending on other factors. So now we have 86 AP equivalence for the undead slaying set compared to the 118 AP from the other gear options.

my gear is worse than the one listed (namely bf bracers/rank 12 gloves/madcap chest)

Comparing to your gear which has 43 agility, 1% to hit, 3% crit, 44 AP. This converts to 180 AP equivalence, which is just below the 186 AP from the undead slaying set not even counting the 2% damage bonus. This may not be definitive as your AP equivalences for %hit and %crit may be higher than the low end estimates that I used. However, even using the highest AP equivalences I can currently achieve (18 and 24) still puts the undead slaying set ahead with the gear that you have.
