Right since this is my 1st post on these great forums i was wondering if anyone knew the proc rate of said weapon and in terms of the rogue combat spreadsheets how it would effect the damage done. Also i would like your opinions on said weapon.

Ok, i dont have any answer to your question.
However i do suggest you fill out your profile, also signing posts is mentioned in one of the stickies afaik(in a negative way).

I think he just wants to make it crystal clear to us he's an Anthony Horowitz fan.

Anyhoo, i think it's roughly 5-10% (i've never played mellee at this level, however). But that'd be about right considering the AS bonus

When you get slice and dice, haste (Empyrean proc) and hit blade flurry you will love the weapon. (I have it on my rogue alt as it was easy to persuade other guild members to pass it.)

I am not 100% sure if the effects are multiplicated or just added. I tried to sort it out from /combatlog but the duration you get all buffs together is just too short to be certain of it.

Anyway, main hand speed calculated both ways:
2,80/1,2/1,3/1,2 = 1,5
2,80/1,7 = 1,64

And it affects offhand too.

Overall I think it's a nice weapon if you want to stay mace rogue until you get Spineshatter. I would expect to those two compare quite equal in long fights.
