Quickie: Does Fire Power pull double duty on Ignite?

Imp Scorch definitely does, Fire Power no I don't think so. Fire Power is only for Fire Spells, which Ignite is not. Imp Scorch is for Fire Damage, which Ingite is.

Yeah, I was pretty sure I knew that about Imp. Scorch, but I have no idea about Fire Power.

Hijack: Can anyone verify that CoE, Improved Scorch, and Fire Power's effects are multiplicative? Or am I just being too optimistic....
