Firstly, I'm a Dual Wield fury warrior. 21.30% crit, roughly 860 AP, and 8% to hit. I came into the posession of Crul'sorukh, Edge of Chaos and the Empryean Demolisher. I've been MH'ing the Demolisher and OH'ing the Crul. I've also been recieving a lot of hate about it because it seems to be the consensus that "ZOMG Crul IS ONE OF THE BEST MH EVAR NUB!!!" I don't tend to believe them. The other option I have is Crul'sorukh and OH'ing Gutgore Ripper.

Due to the Demolisher's buff stacking with Flurry, I feel that of pure white DPS I get more out of the Demo/Crul combo. I need either someone to convince me that I am right to keep the combo until I get a better MH/OH or that I am completely out of my mind and I need to change it (please provide good evidence). Thanks very much for taking time to check this out.

If you want some real evidence as to which one is better, parse some data using both of them in the same situations and see which one fares better.

You don't mention what race you are, which also factors heavily into it.

Nothing wrong with that combo. Crul is a decent MH, but because of its one-hand tag and pure passive stats, its often offhanded. You don't necessarily lose much of the DPS doing that, and if the MH can make up for it then go ahead. Having highest DPS weapon in the MH is a simplest and often wrong approach.

I'd prob MH the demolisher too, its a vastly underated Fury weapon. If you are Orc, then MH Deathbringer would be even better.

Get more AP though, I don't know what you are wearing, but those stats sound like near blue level. As your attack power goes up, the difference in Base DPS on the weapons becomes less of an issue anyway since a higher proportion is AP derived added damage.

Put your gear and talent spec in, buffs, consumables, skill used etc put the two weapon combinations in and compare. Its that simple

I hate to assume, but even though the demo is a nice weapon, I think the passive 14 more dps in the mainhand will probably make the whole situation weigh in the axes favor.
