The Bangle is more interesting, as both of it's abilities are potentially relevant. The proc has ~56% uptime if you're chaincasting GH, which is about 8% extra regen while casting (20 mp5 with 350 spirit). Assuming you can be out of the 5SR for the duration of the use ability, it'd be 325 mana/2 minutes, or 13.5 mp5. In this ideal situation, it'd be about 33 mp5 total, which is obviously vastly better than Shard of the Scale and Rejuvination Gem. These circumstances aren't very realistic, though. Everything I've seen so far indicates that chaincasting heals in PvE is pretty much a thing of the past, even without significant amounts of spirit.
If you assume a casting pattern along the lines of GH, GH, GH, rest 6 seconds (perfectly possible in parts of the 5-man stuff), you have a 15% chance for it to give you 105 mana (proc on the first GH), 12.75% chance of 82 mana (proc on second GH after no proc on first GH), and a 11% chance of 45 mana (third GH), for a total of 31 mana per 15 second cycle -- 10.4 mp5. If you spend half the use ability under the 5SR and have 20% regen while casting (meditation + bangle proc guess), it's 195 mana/2 minutes -- 8.125 mp5. Total benefit under this model/guess would be 18.5 mp5, only slightly better than Shard of the Scale.
Of course, if you can get an innervate during the use effect it's obviously amazing, and I expect to see some druids eagerly picking it up for that.
