Looking for an addon

I have been looking for this quite a while now, checked alot of ui forums etc but I cant seem to find it or get a name of it.

I have seen it in a lot of movies where it looks like a recording bar.
Description:
It is like an unitframe for different mobs but below mobhealth and image bars it has play,pause, record buttons as well as a timer.

Im really curious about this mod since it seems to me as an usefull addon which might record times for events etc on bossfights.

All tips are welcome and sorry if this is already posted. Tried looking for it but couldnt find a topic about it here :(

RDX doesn't do what you want, so far as I know.

Look into a mod called Transcriptor instead.

Ive heard a lot good about RDX. Is it actually worth the money?
