The Arena and Engineering

So does anyone know if equipment like Cats Eye Ultra Goggles will be banned in The Arena? Does the ban of engineering cover the whole range of stuff aquirable with Engineering, or is it limited to like bombs?

The ban is limited to 15+ minute cooldowns and consumables in general. It's not specific to engineering in any way (from what we've been told), people just say that because engineering has a lot of consumables and 15+ minute cooldowns.
