If you're going to take into account weapon dps + ammo, do so with a medium ammo, not the best ammo IE dropping off of some stupid mob in Hellfire Citadel camped by 50 other hunters.

He clearly stated that these were reputation reward ammo. Since you said Ice-Threaded is acceptable, why are these not acceptable?

Agreed, they put battlemasters in the cities, why not vendors too? :|

At least the arrows are easy enough because you can enter a game and pick them up from the AV vendor in your base. Still annoying though.

Because I don't have all the info?

Revered reputation with what? Is the ammo itself purchaseable, or is it the recipe that is purchaseable? If so, what is required to make them? And is the reputation reward theory even correct?

We won't know any of it until the xpac hits, and a 37 dps ARROW sounds fishy as it is, since the only way to get arrows that are decent is either to a) Farm them from a boss mob, b) farm thorium and find an engineer and then turn them in, or c) grind honored rep with AV. We aren't even sure of the faction that it requires. For all I know it could require revered with Shendralar that is only able to be changed by some weird and wacky repeatable quest.

I actually agree. In my old guild I had a setup where the other senior and I swapped items from our professions; he provided me with endless thorium bullets and I provided him with mongoose/mageblood, and the like. After I left I swapped professions on my alt and now I just farm the thorium and make them myself. I then turn them into arrows and mail them to my main, so that I am generally guaranteed never to forget them, since they are always in my mailbox, and everywhere I go I can generally find one at the "hub" of our gathering raid. (Cenarion Hold, and Light's Hope)

Call me pessimistic, but Blizzard devs have never made achieving the best ammo easy. I can see the 32 dps arrows being akin to thorium now, IE made by farmable metals, but the 37 dps just kinda sound annoying.

I'll be pleasantly surprised and excited if this is incorrect however.
