Basicly wondering does anyone have one of these? Is anyone interested in starting one?
I'm seriously considering setting up a simple one up with data from guildmates. Basicly just tracking (via Procwatch or similar) the approximate proc rates (as well as sample size and dates of tests so we can see when stuff gets changed) on items/weapons/ect.
Is there any interest in this? Has someone already made an amazing one I've never seen? Or just me being silly again thinking that this might be really really handy...

I'd be very interested to know which weapon procs are still affected by +damage.

The axe from hakkar (Ancient hakkari manslayer?) Gets full benefit from +spell to its life drain, its pretty overpowered on elemental shaman with the right gear, even though its proc rate is horribly low, it drains for upwards of like 450+

Ashbringer is effected by something, but I can't tell what (non crit heals for more than the tooltip sometimes (263+, when 215 should be the max)

I can't give a screenshot because I don't believe I have any spellpower gear any more, but I can remember getting zulian slicer procs for more than listed damage against whelps in BWL (equipped the slicer at the start of suppression room so I could skin the dragons for black scales). The proc rate is really really really low, though.

I would be very interested to know the highest proc rate on a sword or dagger that is still affected by spell damage.

Here's your Zulian Slicer:
It has a low procrate and is 2.8 speed so it's not much more than a fun toy for a mage.
