I can't imagine why not. being in hinterlands is a pain, though, and the effect is basically the same as a restorative potion

it also doesn't appear to stack with itself, so you'd have to dedicate a lot of inventory space to them assuming you can carry more than one

It's Unique.

Also, I'm pretty sure you can't get them if you've finished the quest, and you have to do that quest for noggerfogger.

If nobody mentioned it yet, Bottled Alterac Spring Water is usable outside AV. http://www.thottbot.com/?i=40394

It also stacks with the AD water.

Wait, they made it stack again? Does it stack with Well Fed again as well?

I'm pretty sure the bottled Alterac's always been usable outside AV.

I'm quite sure it's always stacked.

Then again, it has been a while since I've played my Priest, so that could have been changed. All I know is I used to use it for fights like Chromaggus/Onyxia when I really needed regen.

I remember when the +10 strength from Blessed Sunfruit stacked with itself for a day or two. that was a fun and expensive trick

shrink ray backfires do not make the target grow, it either reduces your group's ap and size for a period of time or increaes your groups size and attack power for a period of time. Both of whcih are pretty irrelevant because they don't last for very long (20-30s?).

Same with the Spirit water. I was a Priest with Spiritual Guidance and Spirit Tap at the time too. Too bad it only lasted 10 minutes.
