I'm curious what your thoughts are on the professions...

I'm currently a Tailor and am curious what you think a good secondary profession will be to go with Tailoring in TBC...Are there lots of skinnable mobs? I'm good for farming so skinning looks good, but just how many skinnable mobs are out there? How integral are the skins to have?

Mining and Herbalism are options too but they involve running around *not* killing, but if it's profitable enough...hrm...

Any info would be appreciated!
