Hello I am not sure if this has been covered I looked but didn't see anything on it if there is sorry.

I just want to know if anyone has found the math base on the new crit rating vs + crit. From what I have heard the new Crit rating would scale with lvl but not sure if this is true. Anyway just want to know the math behind this if anyone has found out.
