Hi all. I have a question for some of you beta testers who have spent some time leveling leatherworking. Most of the information I can dig up on thottbot is incomplete, so I don't have a good feel yet for what all is available to leatherworkers from 60-70, however the concept of the drums is almost reason enough in itself to keep leatherworking.

My question though, involves specialty specific patterns. When I was originally leveling my rogue, back when the game was still very young, I selected to go with tribal leatherworking based on the limited information available. The devilsaur set trumped the stormshroud set in my mind (and I still think it does!) and so my decision was made. There was speculation at the time that tribal was going to be more geared towards druids and elemental would be more geared towards druids, and the rest of the patterns have born this out to some relative truth. Is there any information available yet regarding specific elemental and tribal leatherworking patterns, and whether or not it will be worth my switching from tribal to elemental?

Thanks in advance!

You can switch specialties. The way TBC LWing is shaping up, a rough guideline:
Elemental = rogues and feral druids
Tribal = resto/balance druids
Dragonscale = hunters/shamans (mail)

Also, this is the sort of thing that the behemoth TBC Q&A thread is for. If you have a specific question that can be answered briefly, that's the place to go.
