I'm just wonder just what methods and measures people have gone to, to try and get this fight out.

Our guild is an Australian-based one, on the low-population server Dath'remar (new server opened to allivieate Khaz'goroth's overpopulation). We are plagued with 1-3 disconnects every fight. And the problem only gets worse as the night goes on.

I find myself being a prime example. first 2-3 attempts, and i will be fine, with or without mods, it seems however, after that it all goes to hell.

The Only mods i'm using when i turn them off is Bigwigs and Bigwigs Thaddius Arrows.

I've disconnect off vent.

I have applied the tcp/ip fix (uncap 10 connections).

Turned off my network card's (both, tried onboard nvida gigabit and realtek gigabit) offloading options.

Dropped network speeds back to 100 and 10 mbit.

Turned all detail down, sound off etc.

I'm at a loss what more i'm supposed to do. I've never had a problem on Vael/Razorgore (even before they fixed bwl) - This fight is driving me and my guild up the wall.

Can anyone offer any further ideas?

...and are you using circle strat, or run through?

Carefull with BigWigs. I have no idea why they find it necessary to broadcast raidwide things like thaddius polarity or loatheb dooms...

What's really getting to me is the fact that i get about 3-4 good runs at it a night, after that - i can't guarantee my connection. I followed demigod's (of Overrated) ideas in regards to my networking gear not being up to scratch, and i can push out 460 odd packets per second, far above the 100 he says is minimum.

I'll give it another go next week with it - killing everything off (i did the mod thing and vent, and network last night).
