A guild blacksmith brought these to my attention today, and I heard from a tailor that you can get the recipe for Netherweave Net from a Timbermaw trainer, although the mats aren't available yet. I didn't find any mention of this topic and was wondering if anybody had found any other new tradeskill recipes for the existing professions?
Edit : That's wierd, I thought for sure I put the link in when I posted this. Working now, we apologize for the inconvenience.

Your link doesn't work.
I just checked the dragonscale trainer and the master leatherworker trainer, nothing for me. Checked engineering trainers on my priest, the goblin specialization trainer had a few things, including the hot rocket launcher.
I can confirm that TBC stuff is also up for blacksmiths, I've seen cool purples on the sword and armor specialization trainers, I assume the others have been given TBC stuff as well.
Edit for more text. :]

Schematic - Steam Tonk Controllers can be purchased from the Darkmoon Faire for 40 tickets, by an Engineer. They act like DMF tonks, but only outside of cities.
Two figurines are purchsable, Truesilver Crab and Black Pearl Panther. Limited supply, but the cooldown was around 5 minutes to buy them.

I've seen a few JC designs dropping as well...they really weren't kidding when they said they added everything in this patch.
Really sloppy imo.

Enchanting reagents for 300+ enchanting have also been implemented. I was sharding my NR gear this morning and netted 4 Small Prismatic Shards from Sylvan Crown/Vest/Shoulders and Gaea's Embrace.

Jewelcrafting recipes are all over the world. Found NPC selling some mid-level craftable ring plans in horde village in decolace when with my alt druid.

But is it really a bad thing that JC designs are dropping now?
This way, jewelcrafters come TBC release will be able to create those designs right away instead of having to wait. If you don't like them, vendor them or try to AH them like you would any other green or gray, just hold on to them if you've got spare bank space, or pass them off to a guildmate who will be taking up Jewelcrafting when TBC goes live.

I picked up the steam tonk schematic, waited an hour for the mats from an alt to get through the mail, made it, and...
"You have too many pets already"
Yay for beta testing.

Steam Tonks and Trashin' Crashin' Robots require you to stable your pet and have no pet with you before you can use them. The downside to 2.0.x (henceforth to be known as The Second Coming of the Hunter Patch), I know.
On a side note, those JC designs dropping are so useless. I'm a fan of collecting recipes that I won't ever use, but other than that, there's no real use stocking up on this recipes. 1-300 can be done with just trainer recipes and 300+ is done from cutting gems, not making silly rings.

I suspected it would be that, but between a tanking pet, a raiding pet, and a PvP pet I'm out of luck.
On the plus side, one more reason to drop engineering for something more useful!

There's a couple of drop recipes that may be useful in levelling jewelcrafting depending on what mats you have available. And the trinkets from jewelcrafting will be useful if you're levelling jewelcrafting on a new character, which many people will be doing.

If you're serious in leveling Jewelcrafting, you can easily find a 1-300 guide and gather all the appropriate materials before The Barrens becomes strip-mined of Copper and most of those guides don't use dropped recipes at all. The point about trinkets being helpful for characters leveling jewelcrafting and their new character at the same time is valid, but for this to be true it precludes your first point. That is, if you're collecting JC designs before the expansion to help your new character, you should be collecting mats such that your new character won't have to gather their own mats for the first 1-300.
Leveling mining, after all, is so much quicker with an epic mount.

I honestly think it is. Why have drops for items that can't be used for another 3 weeks? Like Eej mentioned, you can train 1-300 without any of these dropped patterns. In my eyes, this is on par with the whole Alliance getting Shaman and Horde getting Paladin drops thing.

I feel that the whole patch was meant to give those people who are not quite sure yet whether they will buy the expansion or not a small preview of all the coolness to come. Jewelcrafting recipes, a few cool new NPCs and quests, arenas, new talents that you could utilize so much better with another 10 talent points, even better water, heh. The shaman/paladin drops thing however does not contribute to this (or anything really) right now so that is IMO a mistake.

Yes. There are multiple vendors in Caverns of Time which the non-instanced part is open as of right now. You can get level 60 water, food, bullets, arrows, etc.

However, the water is not soulbound. Just buy a bunch at a time and mail it around.

Is it just me or did anyone else find 2 new recipies on the Master Tailor below lv300 that weren't there before? Wizardweave Leggings and Ghostweave Leggings I think... didn't those used to be dropped patterns?

Yes. They're now included as levelling recipes, since tailors are supposed to go to 300 with levelling recipes, learn the new 375 cap, and move on from then.
(as opposed to the current dynamic of getting to 250 standard, and then having to find recipes as you "finish" levelling)
