If you combine the stat difference in a full budget item (Helm. BP, Legs) then its a 103 ilvl item. If you divide that by the 5 items its 20~ ilvls. That seems perfect. If Tier 0 is lvl56, T1 is 66, T2 is 76, T2.5 is 78-80, T3 is 86-92, T4 should be 100ish and T5 looks to be ilvl 110 Epics.

Yes I took the new stam weight into effect.

However, the items without sockets are not that high. The legs for example are lvl102. But the chest is lvl129!!!! I can only assume that since the set itself seems to balance out to 20 levels above T3 (which is what it should be) but the pieces by themselves do not, that maybe they are setting the set lvl upgrade across all the items as a set and not for each item....does that make sense?

The stamina and stat values on all T5 haven't been updated to the new formula yet. Chill out. Expect +50% sta and like +10% other stats to it.

I did something similar for warrior tanking gear. And Apparation has to be right. Tier 4 has more stamina than tier 5.

I'm not sure if you are saying that the item level for T3 is *greater* than T5 or if you are talking about the item level difference *between* T3 and T5.

When you are trying to make a statistical / mathmatical point it's also best to refer to what formulas you are using and how you obtained your numbers.

Right now the issue of Tier 4 & 5 both having sockets is throwing a bit of a wrench into the ilvl calculations. I don't believe anyone has been able to reverse engineer the numbers of the cost of a socket.
