I don't even know if i'm gonna bother leveling this close to xpac coming out...

I really cant understand why they waited this long to introduce the guilds. The level to 70 by itself will require a very large portion of the holiday, if not more. That leaves 1-2 weeks of testing, assuming the entire guild is able to level to 70 in time before its released.

All of the beta testers i know have pretty much stopped anyhow. They were either not far enough along when the XP reduction was put into place, or they just didnt have the drive to go from 67-70 on a character that was going to get the axe.

Just for clarification purposes, should the GMs be checking or should the random members be checking?

Yea it's a little dissapointing that we got our guild invites this close to release date. But I guess if nothing else it's something to do while not raiding or pvp'ing for those that did get them

I got mine and I'm not a GM.

The email I received was just for my GM account, not for each member so I would assume each person selected by your GM would want to check their email.

I do agree it's silly for them to send them this late unless they intend to allow premades soon, as there's not a whole lot of time to level up, gear up, and then test raid content.

I hope that they activate pre-made level 70s for this. I don't have the time/effort to level up a character to 70 over the next couple weeks, and Blizzard really needs to see the interaction between Paladins and Shaman somehow.

It could and should of been salvaged easily by premades, however the option is still greyed out. I'm not exactly sure how they plan to test alliance shamans/horde paladins either. A good portion of DnT has had invites since the initial test, and little still actively play, seems like setting aside time to hit 70 for latecomers at this point is more than useless.

Mmm fresh meat on pvp!

Our entire guild got invites a few weeks ago now, but just now also received these invites as well. I guess can give the extra key to a friend. I know the premade characters aren't available at this moment, but I'm really hoping they open them up soon now that the guild invites have gone out. I really haven't spent much time in beta, since we're still raiding, and I don't care to re-level once it hits live.

Time to head to IF and oggle the noobs...

I received mine but I mistakenly deleted it along with a pile of spam (I had to check the mail logs to notice I even got it). Here's to hoping they respond in a decent turnaround time.

Then again, this will be the second and third key for a lot of guildies, I can probably find another.

Our guild got ours today as well. I am not on the list of 25 :(.

I guess it would be safe t assume that Blizz will be releasing the next wave of 25 man content to be tested soon. I wouldn't wager right away since they have to give time to these guilds to level. Yes I do realize that anyone can test the 25 man content, but I do believe that most of us can agree that the guilds that got invites like this were most likely invited in the hopes they would tst raid content.

So you had to sign up for a guild invite? Or are they just sending them to well progressed guilds on each server?

With everything in that will be in the actual release, they probably want the masses to start testing it. C'mon pre-made level 70 characters!

Well, I said that because I can find no discernable way of getting into Coilfang raid yet. There's a giant waterfall blocking the instance portal and I don't know if there's a quest somewhere to attune yourself (the TK raid and hyjal attunements are readily apparent, and Gruul/Magtheridon you can just walk in)

Yeah, we got ours as well today. Bad planning on Blizzard's part, but better late than never I suppose.

Anyone else getting access denied when trying to copy their character, and yes I upgraded my account.

I was able to copy my toon over just fine. (Pending Transfer is current Status) But reading the beta forums there are several threads about people getting Transfer Failed when trying to copy their toons over. Others are stating that it is taking a week to get the copy made. Guess we will just have to see how this all plays out.
