You're going to have to use a dkp or point system to distribute Nether Vortex it seems. Almost every Warrior, Rogue, Hunter, Shaman, Paladin is likely to have smithing

I'm probably going to continue to be an Herb/Alchemist. I simply like the diversity of the items made, the widespread variety of players that find them useful, and the fact that as of right now, Alchemy is the only profession where you spontaneously learn new recipes. I'm happy that many of the recieps don't require exhorbitant amounts of materials as they sometimes do now, and from all indications Blizzard made plant nodes pretty darn abundent as well.

Being a clothie with a tailor for a roomate, there's a lot I've got covered, and Alchemy is about the only thing I'd really need to be self-sufficient. All indications seem to be that most of the instances will be consumable-heavy, at least for casters and healers, so the money will be pretty steady too, a nice added bonus if I do say so myself.

I thoroughly disapprove of duels. If a man should chellenge me, I would take him kindly and forgivingly by the hand and lead him to a quiet place and kill him.--Mark Twain

Don't forget tailor. Tailors need them too.

I don't have to worry, Gnomish Flying Machines will most likely require you to abandon your pet, just like Tonks!

Personally I'm hoping for epic guns a la blacksmithing weapons. A hunter can dream, right?
