I realize this is an old question, but I'm just curious as to what various opinions on the matter are.
The question is: Is there are real (read proven) benefit to a warrior wielding a faster off-hand? We aren't trying to proc poisons like a rogue. Granted, abilities like Unbridled Wrath (more rage generation) and to some extent Rampage (quicker to stack to 5) would benefit... but does this outweigh the higher min/max damage of a slower weapon? If there is need for an example, think 2 GM Longswords vs. Longsword/Swiftblade... or Servo Arm/Ibliss vs. Servo Arm/Castigator. |
