As far as the hurricanes go, for any group that's dealt with ossirian it shouldn't really be a problem. I actually like them, because they add a bit of craziness to an otherwise boring arena. One match I was picked up and thrown by one, and ended up surviving because of it :-D

I couldn't find an appropriate, newer thread and this doesn't deserve it's own thread so; do win/loss ratings change depending on team rating, or difference in team ratings?

For instance; 1500 vs 1500 equals 16 win/loss rating change. Does 2500 vs 2500 equal 15 win/loss rating change, or more?

Pretty sure I knwo the answer to this, but the official Arena page wording is too vague for my taste.

Is anyone actually able to make an arena team yet? We're trying but it's not letting us turn in the arena charter, we have the 5 sigs. However, on the Blizzard website it says you need the amount on the arena team + a few more for reserves. Yet it doesn't let us try to get anymore signatures, the request signature button is grey'd out. We doing something wrong?

Edit: got it, we had to have it in our main backpack.

It depends on difference between ratings.
