Coilfang Reservoir is a subterranean pumping station, so I guess you are down there to beat them up for trying to pump water. There is one quest to investigate the four lost Druids, but nothing much came of it.

I've been questing but wish I hadn't. Now I sob quietly every time I realise that I wont be getting to revered with Cenarian Expedition any time soon only because I did quests first rather than running instances. Why oh why isn't there a way to grind honor to revered beyond killing the first 2 bats in underbog and restarting the instance?
