Has anyone updated or adapted their formulas for the the expansion? Were currently undergoing debate with our guild over how to revamp our DKP system and i basically came to the conclusion that this is the best way to go as far as pricing is concerned. This also includes a Zero Sum DKP system with Upgrades and Fixed Pricing. If you want to argue about DKP systems please take it to another thread :p . I have alot of good references built up so far such as Hamlet's spreadsheet to start from. Has anyone had further thoughts or adaptations?

How do you account for those classes that have multiple sets for Tier 4 and Tier 5 (priests, druids, shamans, etc..)? I think this is the one item that has stumped the most.

At the moment we're still debating the appropriate Ilvl epic to base our system off (need more drop data from instances since we're not going with dkp for Kharazan) but otherwise I believe we'll be keeping the slotmds and discounts we current have.

Multiple sets is pretty much the same discussion as off set loot... however you handled off set loot pre-expansion should work well enough. For our guild, we price everything the same and let folks use the upgrade/downgrade system to discount second sets of gear. Coming as a shadow priest with 2 full sets of gear under that system, I never felt at a severe disadvantage as long as I had one clear gearing objective (IE I am a healer and should primarily gear for healing OR I am a dps class and should primarily gear for DPS.) If you're tyring to fully trick yourself out in 2 sets at the same time and fighting with everyone on every drop you probably SHOULD be at a dkp disadvantage.

Yeah were going to skip doing DKP for Karazhan entirely too. Were basically going to let Tier 4 be a catch up point for those in the guild that didnt have the opportunity to pick up much Tier 3. How does your downgrade/upgrade path work for you guys?

Is a no dkp for Karazhan system something that most guilds are going to be doing? I haven't caught up on where all the various tier 4 tokens drop, but I was under the impression that they dropped in 25 man raids as well as 10 mans. I would hate to have dkp for certain pieces of the set and not for others.

Another concern I had was for items in Karazhan that would be comparable to 25 man drops giving a greater bonus due to the price of the item being divided among fewer people.

I know EJ hasn't released their new revised system, so hearing what other guilds are planning on having dkp for and what they are just going to need/greed on would be much appreciated.

Full - full price, highest priority/
Upgrade - Full price - the cost of your highest cost item for that slot. (If positive- if negative it has to go at full or downgrade) Second priority.
Downgrade - Zero cost, but you have to /random vs anyone else looking for free gear. Lowest priority.

All items have a standard price, all up/downgrades are weighed the same for all gear sets. No paths, nothing fancy, just comparing the item costs without prejudice to the stats or purpose.
