Also do not forget that Nightbane sticks to the highest threat target during fear (as long as everyone is feared). Our last few kills have been with druid and Paladin tanks. Just keep everyone in range of the fear, a tremor up, and its really not so rough. You do get the occasional "oh crap, priest resisted fear" moments, but we have one shot them every time, and thats with 7/10 of the people being poorly geared alts. We also had a respecced resto druid tank and he did fine.

Just something to keep in mind if your bears are very well geared compared to your warriors, which can often happen when just starting Kara (or with bad luck on drops).
