I would love to have something that would track my in game mail similarly to how normal email clients archive messages. Specifically, I want to be able to archive sent and received messages in a way that doesn't take up bank slots. I've used GMail in the past, but I've found BulkMail to be faster at sending many items at once. Neither do anything remotely related to archiving, however. Any ideas for something I may have missed?

Sanity (available at wowace/files) keeps track of what you have in the mailbox, if that's what you're looking for.

I have Sanity, but it tracks items and not messages and it doesn't archive any messages I delete. I want to track messages sent and received so I can see what people sent me. My blessing and my curse is that I'm the guild jewelcrafter, so people send me tons of gems with a message to keep the gem and send them back something later. I write down everything in notepad, but it would be easier if it were available in game (and I didn't have to retype messages). At this point I think I'm going to have to write my own mod to do it.

Ah, sorry, I misunderstood your initial post.

You might want to look at BeanCounter, which I believe will track AH and mail... not sure, it's still in development and doesn't work yet. :-/

Yeah, I have that, too. It's sort of close to what I want, but I still need the ability to track message text. It actually works fairly well and shows auctions purchased and listed. It makes it nice to see who's buying my gems over time.
