Keeping track of enemy's cooldowns.

I am aware that a lot of people use various methods to keep track of their targets, but the question I ask in this thread is simple; What's your method of keeping track and knowing when your enemy's cooldowns are back up?

I have read about a bunch of different mods and have tryed Antagonist myself but I wasn't quite satified with the results. I am not talking about enemy casting bars, my specific goal is to know when enemy mages around me in the arena have their counterspell cooldown ready. Something even better would be a mod that sends me a message everytime a -mage- targets me.

I am sure a lot of healer type classes would appreciate seeing a mod that either;

-Send you a message or even a sound effect each type a mage targets you.
-Let you know when nearby, or targetted units have counterspell ready.

I know this may be a bit crazy, but input would be greatly appreciated.

The problem that these run into is that there is no way to determine if the other player has talents which shorten the cooldown process, which makes the timer almost always wrong - either too early or way too late.

There is no mod and never will be a mod that tells you what talents your enemy has specced into. Stick with Antagonist, its one of the best mods out there. It will give a general cooldown timer and you can be safe and factor in talent reductions yourself.

eNatur Castbar does this, or at least it's supposed to do so.

Even if it says "castbar", it's still able to give you the CD info for most of the friendly/non-friendly cooldown. Ex: when you fight a mage, you will know when his blink will be available.

It's also quite good for rogues as not only it gives you your stun duration but it also displays the diminishing returns CD.

Now the info is not always 100% right and of course, there is no way to know if an enemy has CD reducing talents in his spec. A module storing that information could be used but I guess it would be a lot of troubles for not much (ie. respecs, interrupts and other factors would always ruin the accuracy of the info).

Available on Curse.

Natur EnemyCastbar shows the diminishing returns for stuns, roots, fears, etc. It picks up on people using abilities around you, so you don't have to hav them targetted when they use it. It also hides the relevant timers when you deselect them and will show them again if you target the individual again. Frees up some clutter on your screen that way.
