Personally I'd say it's both 1 and 2. Masturbation implies just 1 person, but that situation definitely meets the criteria for both incest and homosexualoty.

I saw that on the WoW boards as well, and while the GM certainly isn't going out of his way to be helpful, the player doesn't help the issue at all. In that screenshot, he whispers the GM fourteen times without once explaining in detail what the actual problem is.

If you don't clearly and concisely explain what your problem is, don't be surprised when you get brushed off. It would indeed be great if all 300 of the people hired by Blizz as GMs were unending wells of empathy for players wanting to complain about losing points due to an arena team mate DCing during a match (or whatever this player was getting ready to complain about) but the simple fact is that they are only human, and if you're not going to help them by simply and accurately describing your issue, you don't deserve much help.
