Why would a druid try cat versus bear? The real thing has enough trouble doing significant damage to a bear, let alone the low rent version that doesn't have the ability to cripple/stun for the positional attacks.

For me it would come down to what gear I was wearing. If I had my cat gear on, I would do cat vs bear for A BIT, but wouldn't be stupid enough to think that I could win purely by cat vs. bear. If I had my bear gear on I would just sit in bear form and never take damage ever B)

I'd actually be really curious to try out the differences, now that I have equipmananger so nicely changing my sets around for me :)

Whenever a character is created on Mal'Ganis, there should be a message when you first log in the newb area that says "Would you like to put Ganadar on your ignore list? (Trust us, you do)"
