I have 5/5 subtlety and am regularly at the top of the healing list because I'm pretty fly for a white guy.

Note that this is from the perspective of a raid group that generate less dps/hate then the theoretical ceiling a warrior can handle.

On paper BoS is amazing. If more paladins had a spec that didn't suck this would more closely match reality but it doesn't. Without talents its a 5m buff, more importantly its a 5m buff that is generally less useful than Kings or Wisdom meaning unless we are 100% buffing (ie Ragnaros) no one is likely to have it.

To directly answer your question we only have healer agro issues with mobs that have powerful de agro abilities such as Ony stage 3 or Molten Giants. I do not recall from the half dozen hot fixes if firemaw has a similar punt or something different

Firemaw has a much more powerful deaggro than onyxia, and does enough burst damage to drop our most well geared warrior in under 2 seconds if he is without healing.

So yea, aggro is a huge concern

So is the challenge getting heals on a new tank fast enough or is he WTFOWNING the dps after a punt?

hes aggroing on the healers, because the punt is large enough that an overzealous healer without subtlety can very easily pull aggro from our best tank. BoS would give us the top non subtlety healer the ability to heal 42% more before overtaking the tank's aggro level, which would probably be very difficult to do for the healer.
