Deciding that it was worth walking around in a zombie-like state the next morning, we stayed up later than planned and slayed the (outdoor) dragon after our Firemaw through Nefarian run.

the debuff/sleep cloud sucks and you need lots of quick tank transitions.

I'm sure in a couple of months these will be more widely mastered, but I have to say that for the time being I really like having some world bosses that stay up for a while, just because killing them can actually be pretty damn hard. It beats the level-20-summon-alt zerg to see who can reach the loot pinata first.
