It looks like the guy has been hacking the game and sending loot-links to himself (see bottom left) and found this. Its still a bit suspicious as Grom's axe does drop in KZ (http://www.wowhead.com/?item=28773). Is that enough to debunk it?

Gives fear immunity? Doesn't seem likely.

It uses the graphic (skin) and name/inspiration from the 2handed Ax off of Prince. But it is still, thankfully, very very fake.

For more details: Tigole himself said that the name of Grom's axe wasn't that one.
