Black Temple Attunement: Bless Amulet of Karabor

So upon trying to zone into BT on the PTR you get a message "You must be level 70+, in a raid group, and have the Blessed Amulet of Karabor"

Karabor being the name of the temple before it was taken over by Illidan leads me to believe its going to come from COT: Hyjal ...

Any other speculations?
