Threat Reduction Question.
 

Here of late, i've been noticing I die more and more as my gear improves a Restoration Shaman from pulling heal threat. I have the talent points that reduce my healing threat, even though it is only 15%. So I was wondering if certain threat reducers dosen't stack. For example Blessing of Salvation and Tranquil Air totem. Is the Shaman threat reduction stack with other things as well or is it just a waste of points to put into. Or do I just need to calm down a bit on throwing heals. Anything you could think of to help would be appreciated.
