[Rogue] noob question, trying to learn

I'm trying to understand this spread and all the hard that has gone into it. I think i have a basic grasp of everything but the optimum CP usage cycles. i don't understand what the s ,s e, stand for.

IE 3s/5s/5e

They are Combo points and finishers, btw
